FAQs

How does the custom order process work?
1) Start by placing your order on this page.

2) Next you’ll need to submit all of your custom details. You can fill out this page and submit right away, or you can wait for your order confirmation email and there will be a link to the custom order form to submit. Take our time, be thoughtful—and please try to send the custom info in a timely manner. The 7-10 day creation period begins after we receive payment and all of the information needed.

3) Sara will email you about your map and custom details, sometimes with a question or to have you approve the illustration ideas and placement. 1-2 rounds of edits are included in the original price. If the customer’s edits go above and beyond what is reasonable, an additional fee may be required.

4) You will receive an email to review and approve the final artwork before we print your map. Once that proof is acknowledged as complete by the customer, we print and ship the artwork. Open and enjoy the splendor of your personalized creation!
